Macomb County Foreclosure Expert Ralph Roberts Saves the Family Home

During the last six months, Roberts saved hundreds of homes from foreclosure on his own. The most dramatic example of his success came last year in November. Bill and Sue Nebe in Oakland County were counting their last days in their family home. Their redemption period was coming to an end the day before Thanksgiving.

With a mutual friend’s advice, they contacted Ralph Roberts. In less than 72 hours, Ralph found an investor, negotiated three leans with the lenders, contracted the title searches, structured a mortgage, saved the home and made a small, yet appropriate, commission.

“I wish I could do this for every family facing foreclosure today in America,” said Ralph. “There are thousands of family homes in the United States that can be saved from foreclosure.” Michigan is one of the hardest hit states with the number of distressed mortgages and foreclosed homes in America. Thus, this is where Roberts wants to begin his crusade.

Time magazine’s “best-selling Realtor in America,” is also today’s Macomb County foreclosure expert. Roberts is building a real estate agent force in every county, coast to coast saving the American dream of owning a home from foreclosure.

At a Sterling Hgts. meeting last week of his advisers and real estate associates, Ralph Roberts took the first steps towards his vision on foreclosure prevention in North America. Ralph announced that he would hire and appoint his first agents to represent the Michigan counties of Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Washtenaw, Livingston and St. Clair.

Roberts went on to explain that at the onset he would train one to six new agents at time how to identify and evaluate foreclosed residential properties. “I want to duplicate myself in every county of the United States,” said Roberts.

“The resources, the information, the hardships are all out there,” he continued. “And, everybody knows the need is certainly everywhere.”

With a proto-group of agents in place in the metro area of southeast Michigan, Roberts will expand into the remaining counties of the state. “From there,” he said, “the Mid-West and beyond.”

“This isn’t about becoming the richest realtor,” Roberts maintains. “I want to prove to the real estate world that there is more to “cashing in” on the economic hardships and vulnerability of today’s market than making a fortune.”

A born motivator and teacher, Ralph can often be found working alongside Federal authorities to help educate state and local law enforcement and financial institutions on the problems associated with Real Estate and Mortgage Fraud. In fact, Ralph writes about Real Estate and Mortgage Fraud on a daily basis at FlippingFrenzy.com, and contributes articles on a variety of topics to industry publications on a regular basis.

Ralph is also an award-winning author and internationally recognized speaker who helps people from all walks of life build upon their past and present success and grow and expand their businesses. When Ralph coaches and speaks, people sit up and listen, and for good reasons.

A recognized authority on salesmanship, fraud forensics, residential real estate, and 'Stick-To-It-ism,' Ralph regularly speaks to groups as small as 30 and as large as 5,000, and has shared the stage with some of today's top speakers, including pro football Hall of Fame member Joe Montana, General Norman Schwarzkopf, author Robert Kiyosaki, and motivational guru Denis Waitley.

These are the qualities combined with Ralph Roberts’ experience, intuition and instincts that will serve him on his new foreclosure prevention crusade.
